About TT Studio

We are a home-based Pilates studio teaching the Romana method. With a classical approach, we stay true to Joseph Pilate’s original concept of Contrology.


Unlike contemporary approaches that emphasize rehabilitation, we view the body as a cohesive whole. In Romana Pilates, we integrate strength and control in all our exercises.


Whether you are looking to improve strength, flexibility, or body alignment, our diverse offerings have something for everyone!

Our Instructors

Theng Theng

Founder & Instructor

Theng Theng discovered Pilates while seeking relief from chronic back pain due to a sedentary lifestyle. Not only did it ease her pain, it also improved her posture, strength, and well-being.


Inspired by her transformation, she became a certified instructor through Romana’s Pilates. Theng Theng is comprehensively trained for 750 hours and has at least 3000 teaching hours under her belt.


Now, she passionately shares her knowledge to help clients achieve their fitness goals and enjoy the same benefits she experienced.

Cecelia

Instructor

Cecelia was certified by Cynthia Lochard in Sydney in 2020. She has since been teaching Romana’s Pilates and is passionate in helping her clients overcome weaknesses in their body that’s bothering their daily lives. This stems from her experience with sciatica for a prolonged period of time that caused discomfort in daily lives and even affecting the quality of sleep.

 

Through Pilates, she developed profound understanding on how the Pilates exercises, when done correctly, can help in addressing muscle weakness and building a strong powerhouse which in turns strengthening the spine. She strongly advocates on working from the powerhouse in the Pilates exercises to gain strength to carry your posture and increase the quality of life.
